INDEPENDENT TECHNOLOGY INITIATIVES · LED BY RICHARD A FORRESTER
Intelligence for decisions that matter.
PanthoCor explores how artificial intelligence, connected systems and advanced sensing can turn complex data into earlier, clearer and more useful decisions — across workforce safety, financial decision support and emerging health-sensing research.
The portfolio
Three initiatives.
One principle.
Build technology that helps people recognize risk, understand complexity and act with better information — at three different stages of maturity.

Technology platform
VigilanceAI
Occupational health, safety & workforce intelligence.
A connected platform bringing together AI-assisted decision support, wearable-derived signals, GIS mapping and role-based workflows for occupational health and safety teams.
Financial technology project
Money Guardian
Financial intelligence with human control.
A financial decision-support project exploring market intelligence, portfolio monitoring and risk analysis — with every proposed action subject to explicit user authorization.
Early-stage research initiative
Continuous Molecular Health
Exploring continuous biochemical monitoring.
A staged research programme investigating whether minimally invasive biochemical sensing could one day complement physiological wearable data.

PanthoCor · VigilanceAI
Anticipate. Prevent.
Protect. Empower.
VigilanceAI is being developed as a unified occupational health and safety platform with role-specific workspaces, wearable-derived signals, mapping and cross-device workflows.
Product development in progress. This site reflects actual, verified capabilities as they mature — not a finished commercial deployment.
Research & Innovation

Initial research targets
Research status
This initiative is at the concept and early R&D stage. It is not a medical device and has not been clinically validated or approved to diagnose, treat or prevent cancer or any other disease.
The Continuous Molecular Health Initiative begins with a focused question: can wearable technology reliably measure selected biochemical changes over time, alongside the physiological signals today's devices already capture?
The first research targets are deliberately practical — glucose, lactate, sodium, potassium and pH. More complex biomarkers would only follow if the underlying science supports them.

About the founder
Built from purpose.
Public Health · Occupational Safety & Health · Technology
Richard A Forrester is a public health professional, occupational safety and health researcher, and technology developer whose work brings together real-world health and safety practice with emerging intelligent systems.
Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, his professional path spans environmental health, public health inspection, healthcare management and doctoral study in occupational safety and health. That experience shapes PanthoCor's focus on technologies designed to turn complex information into earlier, clearer and more useful decisions.
